What is the Jordi Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your Jordi Purchase.
We accept exchanges and returns on all our pieces, we only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • You let us know within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item/s must be in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Please wear underwear whilst trying on. 
  • Item/s must not have been worn or washed.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

Any shipping costs incurred to return item/s to Jordi for exchange or refund will not be covered or reimbursed by us.

How do I do it?

Easy. Just email us within 14 days of purchase and we will allocate you a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you and help you with the process.

If you would like to discuss a size or style with us please include your phone number (within Australia) and we will contact you.

How long does it take?

We will try to process any returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your email (keeping in mind business hours here in Brisbane) we will try our best to reply with your RA and all the details you need within 48hrs.

If you are exchanging an item we will put the new item aside and send it out as soon as we receive the one to be exchanged.

If you are returning an item we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (*Paypal or credit card) within 5-7 days.

What if my Jordi item arrives damaged or faulty?

We try very hard to ensure this doesn’t happen but if you do receive damaged goods, or notice a manufacturing fault, please email us.

Send us a pic, and/or your phone number (if you live in Australia) and we will contact you asap to sort out the problem.
